Building a remote Wilderness Lodge!

The Alaska Film School has been granted a four acre parcel of land in the heart of Kachemak Bay State Park on the outside of the Kenai Peninsula. This is one of the most wild, beautiful, remote and geographically dynamic places on Earth. This is part of the reason this location was chosen. Many years have gone into research and develop of the best place to train present and future Outdoor Education Instructors.

We plan to build a hexagon Earth Home made of log, stone, soil and moss with some hi-tech unbreakable glass.
