Petrof View Subdivision hosts direct access even by foot to the following extraodinary geologic phenonmena, natural wonders and wildlife: Bears, Whales, Eagles, Ravens and Seaguls, Sea Lions, Slamon, Crab, Glaciers, Mountains, Forests, River and Stream.
There are presently three new parcels available that are being offered as part of a Cooperative meaning you get to own and live upon YOUR OWN ACRE yet without the expense and difficulty that normally goes into remote travel, building and livingg. Life in remote Alaska is difficult and dangerous- even with a competent team and residence. This is one reason we are reaching out to our Local and Global Community to be part of the Community of Petrof, the "Nuka Bay" Tribe.
The Petrof View Subdivision Property Owners Association, known as the P.P.O.A. or "The Association", has been caring for the Petrof Region for decades. Now, as a measure of Stewardship- primarily though Education, we are offering Adventure & Stewardship services and Training as part of an Epic Motion PIcture Film being produced about "Heaven on Earth", which this place sure is!
The working title of this film is "Seven Generations". The primary theme is the extraordinary paradise of Earth and Alaska, particularly the outside coast of the Kenai Penninsula.
There are a broad range of services to members and non-members alike. Remote Alaska Living and Survival dictate that people learn to work together and help each other out- even if we don't agree on everything. A major funding campaign is underway to provide cooperative Transportation, Communication, Community Lodging and Facilities for Staff, Students and participants from all over the world who want to experience wild Alaska. Most may never see these places in person. So, as part of the Fundraiser and global effort for Sutainable Living and Renewable Natural Resources, the Alaska Film School, one of the registered businesses of the P.P.O.A. is providing Production Training live on-location at Petrof and at other paradise destinations throughout southcentral Alaska.
